Returns and refunds

Due to the limited nature of the Author Signed Edition and the print-on-demand logistics of International orders, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
I want your copy to arrive in perfect condition. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me immediately so I can make it right.

HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE

  1. Take a clear photo of the damage/issue.
  2. Email the photo and your Order Number to [email protected]
  3. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

I will review the issue and arrange for a replacement copy or a resolution on a case-by-case basis.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note that international orders are fulfilled by a third-party printer. If there is a printing error with your copy, I will work with the manufacturer to have a replacement sent to you at no additional cost.
